- Advertise and market your home to qualified adults over the age of 21, families, and business travellers.
- Manage and handle all client communications
- Create and manage OTA listings with images, descriptions, pricing, and availability information for each property.
- Inspect the unit, have it cleaned and styled ready for the professional photographers.
- Manage the reservation revenue and amend the rates daily in line with the market & season. Apply and update required promotions in line with OTA standards.
- Take care of all guest and guest relations and booking-related communication.
- Collect the payments and taxes that the Dubai government requires, and deliver to the DTCM.
- Verify, compile, and deliver guest documents as required by DTCM
- Collect all security deposits upon check-in and make sure that it is refunded to the guests when they check out after the property has been assessed for damage.
